Good day all, Spent all morning gleaning info regarding a remote for my Majestic Gas Fireplace! Talked to 3 Fireplace Dealers which all misled me with their Technical expertise! Actually, lack there of! Then…I called Mountain View Hearth Products and had the pleasure of speaking to Kyllian. This individual set me aback due to her immediate ability and desire to assist! This reflects highly for her representation of the Company that employs her coupled with her instant exemplary professionalism! In less than a minute-Kyllian understood my needs and then proceeded to walk me through the particulars of required equipment to allow me to be successful in my Quest to obtain remote control status of my Gas Fireplace. This woman went so far as to check with the Manufacturer via Serial Number to ensure I was not purchasing un-needed equipment (Remote Control Module). This module is required to allow the remote to interface with the ECM. All others I had previously spoken to said, “ I can just buy the remote and pair it!”Wrong!!! And she verified it!!! Now my mind is at ease! Also, Mountain View Hearth Products offered best pricing as well as, articulated expertise all the while giving me a break (5% Discount) due my Veteran Status. Free shipping and no tax as well! Can’t beat the deal and treatment I received! my control board on the whitfield profile 20 pellet stove has a flashing green light and flashing lights on the heat and fan, the stove will not turn on do you think the control board should be replaced and could be the problem.
