It's clean well maintained and has a pretty safe feel to it. I will say there have been yellow jacket wasp problems in the past but that's just about everywhere

How big is the pavilion, if it were reserved for a family reunion? Are there bbq areas right next to it. How close is an rv park? I see that dog on lease, but also there are areas for no dogs, please clarify.

There is a dog park area Fenced off. There are a couple of rv parks in town nearby. And plenty big for a family reunions. I believe you can reserve the pavilion through the Parks department website.
