genuinely the older lady working the drive throuvh (i think her name is chetna) is the rudest person ever. I asked for apple pay, forgetting i had to scan my dunkin app, so when i told her i needed to scan my app she slammed her scanner down and legit yelled at me “YOU TOLD ME YOU WERE DOING APPLE PAY!” and then scoffed and didn’t respond when i said thank you. seriously the rudest encounter i’ve ever had. wont be coming back.
