There are many symptoms to poor airflow but they include experiencing hot or colds spots, weak air blowing through you vents, or cold air blowing in the winter or warm air in the summer. This is usually happening because your condenser is obstructed, blocked vents, clogged air filter, thermostat issues, dirty coils or you may not have the right sized HVAC unit.
The majority of the time you should replace your air filter in your HVAC system every 90 days. If you have allergies, indoor air quality or breathing issues, we would change them monthly. The easiest way to tell if you should replace it is just by looking at the filter itself. If it looks dusty and dirty, and no longer resembles its original state, it’s time to replace.
