I was trying to get an appointment with doctor as a new patient. I have seasonal allergy stuffy nose and of course because of that I have hard breathing. They told me that are symptoms of covid and they require covid test. Covid test is at the other side of street at 1690 w Lake st. At physician immediate care. AMITA. I went there and I've been told that it cost $240. But they can do same patient visit without test and without appointments. I went there paid $165. Get what I want, and feel better next day.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I came in for my first prenatal visit and was turned away because my pregnancy symptoms were related to COVID symptoms. I am completely vaccinated and I am struggling so much with this pregnancy I went to get help for my nausea but wow what a waste of time. I stayed in the check in with front desk for about an hour before they turned me away. Worst clinic ever.

This was probably my 3 time calling here. I was super happy that I got a better person this time. The woman I was on the phone with she helped me navigated me to the right place to set up my appointment to get my vaccination. I also really appreciated her when I asked her questions. that she responded to me nicely. Thank You Christian for helping me fill out the Covid-19 Vaccination.
