Summerstone apartments are a very affordable place to live they help you with as much as they can and unlike other places summerstone welcomes you with open arms and they’re pet friendly to all types of pets . The management is so friendly and upbeat it’s great.

Summerstone is a nice quiet community even at night. The office staff is great, always very positive and helpful. Very accepting of our pets and happy to see them around we love swimming at the pool or throwing the ball with our neighbors. Overall love the peaceful experience we get here.

My wife and I moved in on Jan 1 2020 and i want to say it was the worst mistake we have ever made!! The apartments are infested with bugs. Not just roaches, oh no, also bedbugs!!! When we moved in the apartment was dirty, nothing as advertised in their website, mold under the sink, dishwasher was black and stunk so bad we closed it and never opened it at all. We did make a mistake by not demanding to see the apartment before signing anything. On our defense though the office was closing so they rushed us saying we can sign paperwork real quick before they close. While staying there we noticed a lot of work needed to be done yet when we would tell the office no one would ever come to fix anything. Later towards the end of our lease a new manager was presented and we found out the last manager was charging us $5 more then we were supposed to be charged.. $710 for a one bedroom on top of the $40-$50 for water not counting our bills we had! Mind you we have a son. I wish i can give it -5 stars for their lack of communication , not caring for the health, well being and needs of their tenants. Money hungry companies make me sick. If you don't believe how messed up the place is see for yourself. Just outside in front of their office is a complete dump of a mess. Trash everywhere with mattresses sofas etc. Their mailboxes are messed up, a lot of them don't lock so peoples mail can be easily stolen!! An over all bad experience. Good luck to whoever decides to move in here.
