I have pre-paid for propane to be delivered for more than ten years. During last winter's terrible freeze, I woke one morning without heat. Today I awoke again without heat. When I called, the man told me that I could not have propane because "Lady, I have no driver." As a result, I have now arranged with Kellogg Propane for delivery service.
