I'm writing as a full-timer and as a workamper. The experience here was bad. From the start of reservations things were wrong. Paid a $32 deposit for 1 nights being told that was for any space, premium back-in spots included. On the receipt no space number was assigned. I called 30 minutes out at exactly 3:04pm to say we were arriving and needed our space number. No call back. We arrived, no one in office. Called again, nor response. A resident drove up and said new ownership, they would not call me, to pick a spot and set up. Lots covered in fire ant hills. Junk stacked around rev's, some old clunkers too. 2 days late I got a call to collect more money than agreed to. I argued and she finally said "I'll charge $64 for the other 2 nights to make you stop griping". Truth. Toys from kids scattered everywhere, no restrooms, full timers building decks and just trashy. Drive 15 miles north and stay at the "K" campground.

This RV park is by far the best. Friendly staff. Honest neighbors. Quiet and serene. Will miss stating here. Stayed 2 months. Nice laundry facility. Sorry we missed pool season. Will definitely return.

Me my wife and our four kids evacuated because of ida. Of course we was nervous going to a place we never been before. From the time I made the first phone call to the time we left the people have treated us as family. Which made the evacuation so much easier for us all. I just want to appreciate everything about this place. Amazing people and amazing place. We definitely will be going back soon

Great people, great park! Spent Christmas here and management and owner were awesome! They even gave us stocking type gift bags with Apple, Orange, Peanuts and chocolate! This park is close to town and the lake but far enough off the main road to be quiet and enjoy the ponds and walking trails. The ducks were beautiful to watch too!
