I understand being short staffed but daaamn. This was our 1st time and probably last time eating here. There was no one to greet or seat us, the "hot" food was cold, the goulash was bland. The salad bar was ok. Good selection of vegetables. However, the lettuce could have been chopped a bit smaller. We were never brought a ticket, so when it was time for us to leave we had to hunt down staff. I wasn't impressed

The salmon was cooked just right. The salad was fresh & crisp. The ranch dressing was a tad thick but that's better than runny. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and a pleasure to be in her area for truckers.
