Cool local mountain! Visited on peak season powder days and no lines! Great lift ticket prices, but SUPER SLOW lifts! It seems you'd have to ski bell to bell at Bridger just to get the same time on snow as a half day at Big Sky. Dress appropriately. An unfortunate portion of your time at Bridger will be spent sitting on lift chairs.

This rating is for their online ticket purchasing system. Quite literally, the worst, slowest, most complicated ticket system I have ever come across! And to end it all, a five dollar fee for a new card and no QR code… So you still have to get in line and go to a window where you show a receipt to get a ticket. Almost makes you not want to ski…especially if you have multiple family members you are buying tickets for. Which is a shame as the mountain is beautiful!

This is definitely a top class ski area. I’m from Houston Texas so when it comes to skiing I’m definitely out of my element as it’s just not something that I have ever learned how to do. Came here today and the staff was super welcoming and helpful/friendly. Went on the baby ski slope and kind of got some basics down on how to ski and move around. For anyone new to skiing like me I’d highly recommend taking some ski lessons as ultimately that’s the route I’m going to go. Definitely a lot harder than it looks and I have all the respect in the world for folks that can ski well for sure, as this isn’t easy. The other slopes and areas look incredible so hopefully once I get my skill level to a respectable level I’ll be able to take on the more challenging stuff. Also something worth mentioning is the cafeteria on site is incredibly good and they have lots of good choices for food. Highly recommended this place as it’s a lot of fun!

Only to hike above the bridger lift to what is called the ridge, to ride on the shlausmans lift, and to go out of bounds at approved back country gates.
Yes. There were lots of littles having ski lessons while we were there. It should all be on their webpage.
Nope just go up, order tickets online for faster, service
Our projected opening day for the 2021-22 season is December 10, 2021.
Yes they rent out all the gear that you need in order to ski or snowboard
About two hours
Yes almost half price you save about $10 off. Instead of $40 you only pay $30 for half day lifts
Multi day, yes they have to be consecutive, for the frequency card my guess is just Saturday and Sunday, though I would give there office a call to confirm
$399-599 depending on the time of year and the type of season pass purchased. There are also ten ticket passes, senior and youth discounted passes.
I believe Crosscut ,which is up the road from Bridger Bowl has Snowshoe trails.
Should be, but will be considered late season and one of the last weeks the lifts will be open. Uphill travel is allowed during the shoulder seasons so if you like to hike that's and option if the resort is closed. Remember tell your friends it sucks! Ha
$63 for a full-day lift ticket for the 2018-2019 season. If you need to rent a board as well, that is $40.
Yes. It can be pretty unreliable sometimes.
They have an early bonus weekend this weekend (30th-2nd). They officially open for the season on the 6th.
Nope, not yet. There are lots of people that are hiking, though.
Until November 17th, they will be open Thursday through Saturday from 11am until 4:30 pm. They will reopen with the ski season, and you can get your card then during regular hours.
Normaly only Timberline lodge in Oregon and Whistler in British Colombia are open for summer ski in north america.
Originally the 1st, now the 8th, conditions pending
Bohart ranch is a cross country ski center located 1 mile north of bridger bowl
Bozenan Hotsprings is also nice. Check times of operation.
Just a few miles further is Cross Cut which is all cross country skiing.
January 19th.
I don't snowshoe, but i Googled Snowshoe rental in Bozeman and there are several places to rent. I'm sure they would also have information on trails.
$60 per day for single a lift ticket and $57 for a multi-day pass (3 days or more). And a season pass for an adult (ages 25-69) is $825.
