EDIT 8/14/22 It's been a week since Carson Hills Management replied to my rating. I've called Kromer multiple times since then, and gotten no response. To whomever at Carson Hills responded to my rating: I’ve spoken extensively to both Carson Hills Apartments and Kromer over the past few weeks since I found out your company took my ENTIRE $500 deposit and charged me an ADDITIONAL $565 for bogus “move-out costs” If you want to “fix this”, you can refund the nearly $1,000 in “move out fees” your company charged me when I moved out of your apartment, Your manager, Ginny, tried telling me that these obscene fees were “actually less than we normally charge for a one bedroom apartment”. She also told me that these obscene fees were because your company is paying for apartment improvements/upgrades. Your company’s business practices are misleading and wildly unethical. I’ve NEVER lost even a penny of a damage deposit before my experience at Carson Hills. If you want to “fix this”, you have my contact information.
