Had a horrible experience there while getting my daughter (under 5) vaccinated. Made an appointment online . I waited with a small child for 45 minutes. When I asked if we would be seen soon the pharmacist yelled over the counter “not to rush him” He continued to talk over me while I was trying to see what the hold up was. I started to get upset but sat down and calmed myself and child. He was calling multiple pharmacies to figure out how much and when to give the vaccine. We finally were administered the vax and I was told my daughter would need two doses which was wrong information. When I called to question this, he was rude and accusatory and took no responsibility for the misinformation. Do not go here.

The pharmacist helped me to purchase the best remedy over the counter for my condition without me seeing my doctor to get a prescription. He definitely knows his stuff. I am feeling much better. Thank you.

I'm a woman only my 30's, I'm younger than 36 and constantly get called "ma'am" by the store clerks who work there and they're older than me. I wish they'd STOP addressing their customers as "ma'am" especially when they do NOT know their actual age. It's NOT polite it's offensive!

I would rather stab my eyes out then ever go to this rite aid again. They pharmacy consistently lies to me about whether or not my prescription is ready causing me to make 3-4 trips in one week for one prescription. The pharmacists and the cashiers have no empathy and stare blankly at me when I’m looking for assistance. If there is a god in this world, I don’t understand why he would allow such a business to exist.
