The staff were all very kind. Dr. Dhillon had great bed side manner. He was very thorough in explaining all possible steps in diagnosing, then walked through potential options for care. I'm a provider myself so I appreciated the information. They truly treated my puppy like family. Would 100% take any of my pets there for future emergencies.

Very positive experience here with initial ER care for cat with dire liver illness. From reception to checkout the staff was professional and seemed compassionate. The vet made certain he stressed the urgency and importance of what to do to keep my pet alive. I had additional questions 2 days later, and was treated just as well. Prognosis for my fur buddy is iffy, but I believe he was given the best possible care.

You need to call them first, so they know you are coming. Right now they are not allowing you to come inside, they come out to your car to get your pet.
