Engagement Shoot Nails: I am a regular and usually they have good service but this time it was different. The mature male male tech reused old gloves (then carefully saved them for later), cut the skin on my finger when trimming my nails, rushed through the process leaving GEL polish around my cuticles, and left lumps in the nail and did not file them out. I had to file the polish from around my nails when I got home and the polish is now bubbling up under the surface. I got my nails done less than 24 hours ago. Would have complained but my photo shoot was in a couple hours so here’s the review. Oh the nail tech also held my hand and looked at my engagement ring then overcharged me for basic short square nails. They also did my toes and another young man did a great job. No complaints there! I’ve been here before and I only allow B to do my nails but she was out and I needed to get them done. I hope they resolve this.
