Horrible service made me wait an hour telling me they had baked chicken then come back and say its not any… They didn’t have any ribtip, any fried chicken wing most of the menu had nothing

My family and I went on a Thursday the restaurant opened at 1pm. We arrived at 1:07pm and was told after wait for 5 mins to wait a few mins while the finish setting up; We ended up waiting until 1:54 along with 2 other families to be served. We ordered 4 chicken wing dinners according to there menu each dinner is $15.50 which would be $62.50 before tax, Our food totaled to $80.53 HOW?? The chicken was bland, the macaroni was like cheese soup, I was going to order the dressing but it had a pinky hue, the green bean were very greasy and had a strange after taste. The yams tasted unfinished it needed more flavor. Overall If you like your soul food made WITHOUT LOVE this is the restaurant for you.

The food is amazing I cannot take that from them! Buuut their customer service is whack! They are rude! They don't allow you to fully order over the phone, and when you get there it's worse! I wanted greens which I was trying to ask if they had any done today, over the phone but I was rushed off. When I got there he stated there was no greens and nonchalantly told me to come back tomorrow as if their food is cheap! He then started to explain how much work it takes to make greens, which honestly isnt my concern AS A CUSTOMER! Mind you I placed my order over the phone upon arrival and he told me to come on, and assured me it would be ready before I got there and it wasnt! The female cook came out and told me my rib tips would be a minute with a displeasing attitude and tone as if I did something to her.. I left and didn't spend a dime! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!

I went to the restaurant around 2:30pm. I waited because long conversations were being held in the line. I ordered a couple of the menu items. I was told we only have what you see. I ordered my food and I felt pressured to get two sides for each meal even if I didn’t want it. I ordered three meals, my bill was $52.00. Which to me was high because as a three person house hold I could feed us with $35. The food was good, I just over priced.
