Unfortunately, this community is sold out. There is a new community called The Courtyards at Deer Run in Chillicothe. It has similar offerings and it was more affordable. Thanks Epcon.

The courtyards at Beulah is made up of 103 stand alone luxury condos. Only a few left with ongoing construction. The old Beulah park horse racing track is being changed to condos, homes and upcoming retail stores in the future.
