They are friendly and super helpful! My grandfather suffers with moderate to severe pain in his knee joints because the cartilage is worn away, and traditional pain creams are completely ineffective for treating it. I explained this to the staff member I talked to, and he showed me what they had for pain relief creams, explained the differences between the different creams, and recommended one he thought would be most effective for my grandfather's pain. I bought the one he recommended, and it worked amazingly well! My grandfather is now able to stand and walk without pain, and as an added bonus, it seems to help with his RLS as well. I'm super happy with the results, and incredibly grateful to the person that help me here.
