For years Menisini was my go to oil provider, big or small, they'd arrive. When times were tough on him buying out his father & bigger clients debts; usual business dealings, residential was bread & butter. Seems now the company is profiting nicely & residential is no longer important nor valued. Due to a communication break down, I was told "...a 200 gallon a year customer is no big loss to me(Menisini)...". If you're a little guy, remember that the next time you need heating oil. There are other providers.

This place is unorganized and there is no communication between employees. Never leave a message with a man who answers the phone, only the women employees or the correct person will not get the message.
