I needed to discuss my accounts due to receiving a notice that I would be charged high fees for my current accounts, and possibly the ones that they want to switch me to. I called and got an automated service that will not let you talk to a representative. I had to hit all kinds of different numbers until it connected me and I was able to make an appointment with their one and only person they have to talk to. However, now, do to work, I need to cancel my appointment. I keep calling, hitting all sorts of numbers and it finally starts ringing. But then, it keeps saying all are busy and call later. I have called and called and called and called etc.. however, noone answers.. I must be old school and actually want to talk to someone...not do it automated!! Not that I can cancel the appointment on the automated system anyway.. This is enough to make me want to switch banks. UPDATE - After actually getting a person to talk to, it ended up working out and I got all of my questions answered. I'm raising my stars to 3.

Extremely disappointed and unhappy with the service, this is now the third weekend in a row I've stopped by to pull money out at the ATM and the ATM has not been working. The last two times I've had to waste my gas and drive all the way over to the heath location, this time I had to drive over to fifth third where they charge me a $3.50 fee and I know Chase is going to charge me another fee on top of that. There's absolutely no reason the ATM should be down on a weekend. I will be walking in on Monday to talk with the manager.

Had such a wonderful experience with Jodi Stephen She took the time to go the extra mile and help me get a account set up even though they were getting ready to close. The customer service was greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

We really love the Newark Chase location! The staff are so helpful ... taking such good care of our needs. We have regular quarterly meetings to go over our investments...and they are so informative on new financial updates. Good job team!
