Very clean but my ADA wheelchair room is on the 3rd floor...in case of fire I would be trapped because elevator don't work....please have a couple first floor suites on the 1st floor for our safety. Love the layout of the room and very clean. Front desk was delightful. Dog Friendly which is nice...highly recommend this hotel.

I always have a great stay here. On this most recent trip, I finally decided to take down names and leave them a good review. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I specifically recall Delores, Ryan, and Mauricio going out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Brianna was my housekeeper, and my suite was cozy, clean, and fresh everywhere that I saw. My family will definitely be back!!!

We absolutely love coming here when we stay in San Antonio. The staff is always helpful, especially Ryan. He was very informative on what sites to see and ask us if we need anything he be more then helpful to help us. Overall, the food,the room, and the service was top notch for us. I highly recommend staying at this suite if you ever want a great place to stay.

If you are looking for good service and friendly staff. I would highly recommend! The stuff was top notch! My 3 star review comes from my room. I believe something is either dead or a plumping issue. The room smelled the entire visit. I mean it was a horrible smell. Staff tired to fix it but it was no Fixing. I was given a free night for a future visit, unfortunately free doesn’t work for everyone. They even offered to move us the next day but it was too much of an inconvenience for my family. We had already been in the room for a few days. While the staff was lovely. I would not recommend.
