The bad: My car was broken into within a week of moving in. My washer didn't work. Specifically, the spin cycle didn't work. My husband and I found out while washing our first load of laundry that the washer never worked when it was installed. This isn't anyone fault. I just wish the brand new washer would have been tested when it was installed instead of me finding out with a load full of wet laundry. The good: Everyone here is kind. The issues I have had since moving in have all been addressed and remedied in a thorough and timely manner. I'm very happy. Schirm can't control breakins and crime in this area. My neighbors are kind. It's quiet here. My husband and I like it.

I’m not sure what the bad reviews recently are about but I haven’t had me bad experience! The property management team are always helpful and make sure I’m taken care of! I have to also thank Casey for everything she does to make me feel like a priority!

They have garage's but I don't know if they rent them with all the units or if the come with particular units
When I was there after 5 days you have to pay a late fee. They consider rent late after the first anyway.
