Service was great and I was treated with most up respect. I had very short Waite time and was well pleased with there Service and plain to do much more business with them in the near future.

The gentlemen in the shop did a great job with my vehicle. They were caring and did the job right. I live 1/2 mile from the walmart in Whitehall and drive all the way out to Lancaster just so my mind is at ease and I know everything I'm there for is being done correctly. I had 2 front tires replaced and an oil change. Took an hour and I was able to shop while I was waiting. Car runs smoothly and it was a night and day difference from when I took it in and when I drove it away. Thank you so much for your hard work.

My wife took her vehicle in to get a simple Oil change. Got that done with no issue. However the following day she had a flat tire. THE VERY next day after the oil change. Thought nothing of it at the time. Took it in to see what the issue was other than it being deflated after we put air in it. The service representative stated that the Nail was "too close to the old patch" and could not be repaired. He then suggested that we would need to replace ALL the tires on the vehicle. All the tires are fairly new and are not worn down. Skeptical. I scheduled an appointment with a Professional tire company across town. They discovered the problem and fixed it. The nail was nowhere near the old patch and would be an easy fix. I could go on and on about how this is just a sleazy sales tactic. The moral of the story take your vehicle elsewhere if you don't want to get raked over the coals. It seems you go in for something quite simple and ends up being something else entirely. I do not for a second believe at all that just out of nowhere my wife just happens to run over a nail and then takes it back and then they suggest ALL new tires. I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else where they know how to take care of you and don't sabotage your one tire in hopes of you coming back and then buying all new tires. GO somewhere else other than here

Walmart carries a wide variety of batteries and will have one for your explorer if they are in stock. Just ask the associate at the automotive counter.
