Very professional and helpful staff. They were also very friendly and it only took about 25 minutes. They also checked my serpentine belt at no charge and answered all my questions. I will highly recommend them to everyone.

After a bad experience with a Walmart oil change leaving our Acadia spraying oil everywhere we went to Valvoline Instant Oil Change to try another oil change hoping the issue Walmart made would get resolved. After reading several reviews that Walmart tells their customers they didn't make the mistake or tries to argue it's something else causing the issue we said why bother trying to take it back to them to fix. Instead we went with Valvoline and they did an amazing job. They were throu and we could actually see what they were doing to our SUV the whole time. They showed us the dipstick level after filling the oil and tested tire pressure and lights. The customer service woman was so empathetic and awesome at her job!! Being we just wasted $40 on an oil change that went out on the ground we explained we were finacially strapped and couldn't afford anything but a conventional standard oil change. The women didn't make us feel embarrassed or pressured us for more expensive services which I greatly appreciated!! In case anyone is curious the price for a conventional 5 qt change was $57 little more than other places but worth it!!
