Robbed!!! No security. Their climate controlled section only has two doors and no cameras on it. I got robbed for thousands and thousands of dollars and 20 years of collecting items using one of their climate controlled storage buildings. They didn't care one bit tried to come up with excuses as to why someone robbed me. The only key I have is on my keychain with my work key and my car key so it's never away from me. The insurance they force you to buy won't cover anything because I can't find any physical damage. I feel that the amount of time they needed to go through everything in my storage building and pull it out that it probably happened after hours when they were closed. The only person that saw inside my storage was some middle-aged woman walking around inside there. The next time I visited all my valuables were gone. I put this on the people that run that place. My storage building is absolutely trashed. I will be out as soon as I can find some place to put my stuff.
