Cannot get ahold of anyone to dispute charges, automatically get hung up on moment you try and reach operator. Overcharged and cannot reach account thru website. How am I expected to pay my bill?!?!?!

We used Guardian Water for a mobile Home Park we manage. They found out we were going to change companies so they sent a huge increase on sewer without warning to our tenants, then didn't finish the December water billing with us. We are left with a huge mess to deal with as far as billing now. And of course no one is answering my calls or emails.

Landlord came in and changed the water meter, and my bill of $15 a month (for last 16 months) increased to $70 a month
You can call customer service, that is probably the fastest option.
Hi there Rebecca! Guardian is not a utility provider like Columbia Gas, AEP, etc but rather a third-party utility billing company hired by owners and managers of multifamily apartment buildings.
