We have been going there for years even when they were over near Hudson Ave. but never again!!!! Good luck if you ask where to check out. We received attitude when we asked after waiting at the counter for twenty minutes with the products in hand. Only two people working and both helping families, so we waited.Totally understand the need. However a customer entered the store to complete an FFL exchange and one of the two workers walked by us while asking if he could help the person who walked in. We had been in the store around 30 minutes and waiting for twenty within 10ft of both employees. So we waited a few more minutes then approached the closest worker and asked where we needed to go for checkout. He stated we should go to the rear of the store where we had been the entire time near both of the workers. As we begin to head back to the rear again, the worker asked the other worker (Matty) if Matty could check us out. Matty replied rudely, that yes but I’ve got two families that he was discussing guns with in front of us.Then walked into a side room or hallway.At that point, I had my son place the items back and we left. If you’re showing airsoft guns and allowing them to review the devices and discuss it amongst themselves, why not excuse yourself as a salesperson to check others out and then return? Or at least ask, if others are ready to checkout. Sadly I’ve seen other reviews with similar comments. Matty was too concerned with impressing 10yr olds with his air soft knowledge while being arrogant in response to any questions they have.I’d be surprised if the one family purchased anything. Matty made a comment to one kid that he was putting something on the gun backwards and that maybe “junior” needed adult supervision, while the dad was standing there. This is why online retailers are knocking off the mom & pop stores. Common sense, courtesy and customer service is gone. When a niche store looses customer service you loose sales and profit. Having a relationship with your customers is ideal, being rude and arrogant does not work. This will be the last interaction we ever have with this company.
