You evicted a low income handicapped family, in the middle of summer, during a pandemic, AND recession, with only 4 days notice. Why? Because we were a day late on rent. Expected the $50 late fee that is stated in the monthly lease, never thought we would be homeless because we dropped the check in the box after business hours that day. To make it worse, you didn't even return our money. People like you give Christians a bad name.

The lot rent for a single wide is 350.00 plus sewage bill the only thing that is included in the lot rent is the garbage
