Try this out for the first time 2 weeks ago for our cats. Great service, very friendly, and very reasonable prices. Worked with Kelly, the hotel manager, who was fantastic, amongst others. Would definitely go back.

I will not leave my little buddy Rudy at any place but Pet Palace at the Airport. I have trust in every employee that they will take care of my little buddy to the max! Rudy stays at Pet Palace many times a year and has stayed at Pet Palace for a few years now. Recently, Rudy was diagnosed with a deep ulcer on his eye, this was just prior to my plans where i was leaving him for 5 nights. I did not hesitate to leave him at Pet Palace knowing that Rudy would get all eye drops and medication needed no matter what team member was taking care of him. The staff told me that they would keep me informed if Rudy had any eye changes and to call and check on him at anytime. On the third day, I received a call from Angelina informing me that Rudy’s eye looked different than it did in the morning. Angelina was very detailed on her description of how it changed and sent me pictures of Rudy’s eye. Angelina offered to take Rudy to the Med Vet emergency room, i approved. Angelina took Rudy to Med Vet around 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday and stayed with Rudy the whole time. Angelina and Rudy returned to Pet Palace around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night. I cannot say enough good things about the whole staff at Pet Palace with a special shout out to Angelina for taking Rudy and spending her Saturday evening in the Med Vet emergency room with Rudy. The whole staff is awesome and thank you all so much- Rick

Our dachshund spent three days there. Came home healthy and happy. Friendly staff, very careful labeling on meds and food. Recommend!
