What a heck of a mess.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION! Pickup hours are specifically started from 1pm to 6pm. I was there before 6pm and the extremely rude lady guarding the entrance wouldn't let me nor anyone else there in to get our stuff. I was told she stopped letting people in an hour prior to me getting there. Do NOT tell people certain pickup times if you're not going to let people in within those pickup hours. The other two Columbus locations were great with friendly staff and all my items from them worked great.

I will never use this sight again. The front lady was very rude and closed the entrance at 15 till closing time and wouldn't let anyone in the front to collect there paid for items. Like myself have to drive over an hour to collect these items as well collect them from multiple locations. It was very apparent that they do not Care about the customer especially when pick up times are between 1pm-6pm 15 till 6 is not 6pm. Very disappointing!! Poor business

Only weekends for pickup, I believe if you want to check out an item in person before bidding you can do that on a certain weekday but not 100% certain.
True. If it does not say appears new, it is yours. You have to read the description and look at pictures before bidding.
