They have been absolutely fantastic. They helped me every step of the way. To setting up my child support with my employer, being accessible to answer questions and working me to make sure things are right. They recently went above and beyond to wipe away a few dollars of fees because I was trying to buy a house. They worked with my lender to clear the issue and was sympathetic to my concerns. Not just one either, I have been into the office several times and spoke over the phone with a couple others. Every one of the 4 people I talked to was helpful and supportive. Thank you, from a man trying to be a dad the best I can.

Questions & Answers

I really wish they would take into consideration how hard the man has to struggle and doesn't get food stamps free health care or low income housing 😀 and has to pay full price for everything .. I pay way to much CS to a dope head. They don't care

If she is drugging, then children's services needs to step in. Maybe a change of custody is in order? Children deserve the best we can give them. I advocate for non custodial father's. You're right, most the time they get screwed.

Do the employees check their soul at the door, or do they just find people without them to work there?

Yeah they only hire people with no souls. I had knee surgery, couldn’t walk, and sleeping on my friends couch cuz I lost my place because I couldn’t walk due to my knee injury. Told them that in court, judge ordered me to $200 a week...

I been trying too call for 2 weeks can never get through too anyone. Is there a number i can call to speak to someone?

Have not had to deal with this joke of an outfit for years and now all I want is a history report and no way to talk to someone!!!

What phone number do you call to actually speak to someone. Do they accept in-person payment if so is a money order acceptable.

937-562-6264. You might do better if you call 937-562-6000 and talk to Beth Rubin. She is the director of Jobs and Family Services and oversees the CSEA office.
