Christina was so helpful with organizing my group of friends and bridesmaids for the sculpt yoga class the day before my wedding. The class was the perfect combo of yoga and more vigorous exercise moves with weights, it was exactly the good sweat i needed to feel energized and less stressed before my wedding. Christina was so sweet and accommodating to my group and I really felt like she went above and beyond to ensure we had a good class, she even played my first dance song at the end of the class. Would highly recommend! Thank you!!!

This was my first trip to Columbus, and I was pumped to find CPY only a few blocks from my hotel! The studio is in a great location, and was easy to find. I walked, so I can’t comment on the ease of parking. As usual, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home as soon as I walked in the door. The studio is a little smaller than others, but there was still a ton of storage and locker space. Everything was really clean and organized. The C2 class I took really pushed me that night, but the instructor (she was a sub and I unfortunately don’t remember her name) was very clear, easy to follow, and supportive. After class, I ended up chatting in the hall with her and one of the other students in class for quite a while; they made me feel like I was part of their community even though this was my first time in their city and studio. That really set me up for a great night! Thanks!
