Staff just gets more rude everytime I go in. WHY? It's not my fault you hate your jobs. That's the last time I get spoken too like that! You may want to change the system. You spend and waste so much time looking thru bins and still cant find it! FIX YOUR ATTITUDES! 3 times in a row I get a text saying my refill is ready. Ever time it's never filled.why waste my time with a text. Then I get a attitude because they cant find it.FIX THE ENTIRE SYSTEM AND STAFF

This is the worst CVS I’ve ever dealt with. They are never fully staffed, even before COVID, so to use that as an excuse to kick people out of the store after standing in line for 30 minutes is a joke. Do yourself a favor and do your business somewhere else!

Prescriptions were called in from the doctor at 11am. Got to CVS to pick them up around 1pm. sat in the drive thru for a good half hour bc the drive thru does not move but every 15 min now. Finally my turn at 1:30ish and the prescriptions are still not ready 2 and 1/2 hrs later. C'mon CVS do better. Today is a new day here at this awful pharmacy.. the drive thru is closed which has been for about 2 weeks. They won't answer the phones at the pharmacy or they'll hang up on you. My mom had a prescription called in at 12 and came the next day to get it and it still wasn't ready. Had to get it ready while I was at the register. The line is backed from the register all the way back to the exit doors. It's about time I find a new pharmacy.

Just waited in the drive thru for about 35 minutes because of a person waiting on a COVID test. I called and waited 8 min to speak with someone but the first time I called and pressed the wrong choice because I selected the COVID information option and apparently you can get your results from a test be calling. Oh and there are literally parking spots right infront of the drive thru. Why would your policy be to have the person wait in the line blocking the prescription pick up? You can do better CVS...
