Wonderful selection in store, poor customer service from the Asian lady the night before Easter, April 17th at the self-serve check out. Asked her for help and she just stared and stood there. Had to ask three times and this is bad. Put her in area for no public contact with shoppers. General manager seemed to not be alarmed when I called him.

They do not honor their sale prices Employees are poorly trained and will tell you to leave the store and groceries if you are unwilling to pay the higher price. Management does not care. I will never go back

Busy store with good selection, fair prices, and friendly and quick service! I prefer this grocery store over the other national chain nearby. Ask for the City Market card for additional savings. You can get one instantly at checkout. Liquor store, Starbucks, and winter essentials are all located inside the store and are an added bonus.

The delivery service is terrible. I ordered groceries through the City Market app, only to have the delivery window slip every 2 hours for a total of 24 hours. I called the store and and was told to call Instacart as City Market has nothing to do with this. I gave up trying to talk with a human at Instacart after waiting on hold forever. After finally reaching Kroger (parent company of City Market) Customer Service I was told to cancel my order and place it again. I'm amazed that the best customer service can do is to tell me to go away. I'm still waiting for my refund.

The floral Department is always willing to acomadate. Give them a call and ask for what yo want. If they can't give you what you need then move on to the next flower shop. I am sure if there is a strong relationship between the order writer in this Department and you lots of money will be saved if you take your time and see how the minimum cost is possible if yo plan it out.
