The chiropractor is great nothing against him. But the only way to cancel your membership is by going in and filling out a paper or printing it, filling it out, scan it and email it back to them. They've tried to charge me for 3 months and ive tried to cancel multiple times and the time i emailed it back they didnt receive it. Just annoyed at this point and all i wanna do is cancel my membership.

Great experience, from start to finish. They took away pain i did not even know i had. The value cannot be beat. Only regret is taking so long to find this place. They got me to sign up for the membership too. Fast and easy!

Just wasn't treated with the same service as the other offices. The doctor didn't talk to me at all. Didn't even tell me his name. He didn't ask me like is it getting better your pain or how's your arm or your neck or anything. Just crack me an sent me on my way. Wham bam thank you mam. The receptionist just checked me in and didn't tell me where to go. I had to tell her that this was my first time at this location and ask her where to go.. Just not good service.. But thanks for the crack and I won't be back..to this location...

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
