My family chose serenity funeral home, and we have no regrets. They are so sensitive, understanding, patient and go above and beyond to try to make sure the family feels loved and gets everything they can possibly offer. Their prices are very fair considering all they do and all the time they take with the family. I couldn't have been any happier with any other funeral home. So I just want to say thank you to Mr Jack to Crystal and to the other people that has helped us at that funeral home. From the Mackles family we thank you.

I’m writing this review because I still can’t believe this is how someone would speak to someone grieving. I had called a few times as I wanted to pay ahead of time for my fathers cremation. I’m 25 years old and my father is in hospice at a nursing home and hospice had expected he’d pass within the next few days. Naturally, I thought ok I should find a funeral home so that’s one thing off my plate once it does happen. I waited 24 hours and no one had called me back when I was told I should expect a call. I called again. I was told the owner would call me back once he was back from lunch. Now I understand smaller businesses being busy, but Leonard had zero sympathy and told me “why don’t you call back after your dad passes because we’re busy”. He then told me he has a procedure next week so he’ll be busy then as well. I will not be using Serenity Funeral Home for my dads services. In fact, I will make sure I use a funeral home elsewhere that confirms they do not use Serenity’s crematorium. I have never felt so disrespected as my father is passing.

My family had a service done there last year and they did a great job on my sister and nephew. It's clean and fairly priced. Thanks Lenny.

I wish that I could give Lenny and his team more than 5 stars because they deserve a million. My daughter, Angela Molden, was murdered and had severe damage to her face so I was told by many people that saw the damage that an open casket would definitely NOT be an option. I agreed with those people but my 3 other children were adamant about having an open casket service so they could have the closure that they desperately needed. Against my better judgment I had an open casket service and I must say that I'm grateful we did because Angela looked like an angel. My daughters said her sister looked flawless which gave them the closure that they wanted and for me as well. I honestly don't know how that miracle was performed but that's exactly what I call it, a miracle. No words can possibly express how grateful I am for EVERYTHING Lenny and his team did. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so much. Each and every one of you have such a special gift that God gave you and you used that gift tremendously. I know that you all worked on my daughter tirelessly for days and that will be remembered for the rest of my life. My last vision of Angela, thanks to y'all, will be a beautiful vision so I couldn't ask for anything more. Again, thank you Lenny and the team for making such a tragedy a little easier for myself and my children. I will always recommend Serenity Funeral Home from here on out.
