I went there for Suboxone treatment and I paid cash for the visit they asked to see my insurance card so I did so back in Jan they tried to charge my insurance company 580.00 and of course my insurance denied the claim I thought nothing of it but every few months I get a print out of my insurance for the quarter and they tried to do it again and again every time it would be a different date and amount but now I just got my print out for this quarter and now there asking my insurance for 2500.00bout to see if I can't get to the bottom of this
