Amwaste is frequently late picking up trash. Sometimes leaves my trash can in the ditch or up to 12 feet down the road. Sometimes leaves trash that was in the can on the driveway. And lately won't empty my trash can even when passing by and emptying others. I always pay my bill in full on time, it's not about that. I sent email with images to my parish councilman. You should always do the same. The parish council choose who does our trash. Remember maybe 5 years ago they forced us to change? And amwaste has done a poor job ever since. Let your parish council member know. 10/6/2022 They stopped in front of my house and picked up the garbage across the street and left. I sent an email with images to my parish council member. The parish council hires the garbage company for the parish. Please write EVERY SINGLE TIME you have a problem with amwaste. Maybe we can get some better service.

Let's have the company, the contractors and the politicians all who might have a money trace on how, who, what and where this actually can happen to decent, regularly-paying customers. Actually, not paying might get something started since we do not get the regular service we need in the Roseland area. Our property values will go up if we can sell our properties to people who need to know they will get garbage pickup and disposal.

They only pick up one day a week for the neighborhood and they never come on the day they are supposed to pick up on. Then they are going to increase the fee for pickup. I will be moving my service.

To answer your question I don't know but I'm having trouble with them too they are very lazy not picking up on time and when they do they leave trash on the ground I'm so sick of this company wish I had another one to go to
AM Waste Sucks😨 They are stealing money in broad daylight and will NOT pick up your trash on a consistent basis. It's a service that they are supposed to provide however the ONLY people that remembers are the customers. Fire them and get someone else if you can!! Sincerely a unsatisfied customer
No they don't pick up garbage on Christmas Eve
Dumping barrels is very hazardous if you don't know the proper way to. There are no handle and some people cut lil hole on each side of the barrel to help make the dumping process easier but it doesn't make a difference. Because loose trash gets compress some how in the barrel make will take a lot of pounding to get it out. Barrel has cause back injuries and glass and metal has cut up a lot hands while dumping the because then guys hands have no other to hold but at the top where the trash is coming out at. People first started use barrel it was only to be use to put bags inside to keep the dogs and other animals from spreading garbage all over the yard. Also to answer the other question inexperience helper was probably trying to pack the truck while driving was pulling off and made a accident. My suggestion start leaving them guys some cold drinks and they'll take good care of you I mean I'm just speaking from experience I hope I help u out have a safe and productive day Carl
