Worst health care provider I have ever went to. I went in for a checkup and arrived at the appropriate time. I waited there for 45 minutes just to have my appointment given away because the front desk worker didn't sign me in (completely her fault). I was given no apology and was told I would have to wait for an extra hour and a half to see if another appointment would open up. They are rude and do not care about your mental health at all. If it wasn't for my financial situation, I would have gone somewhere else a very long time ago.

They are real friendly and understanding, and you do have to have insurance or pay by cash, I believe.

Don't waste your time seeing the phsyco doctor. I don't think he's really a doctor.

Why won't you answer

They never answer the phone...and when you finally get someone to pick up they hang up on you. These people do not care about you, they do not care if you run our of your meds, and they will most definitely tell you when you get to your appointment that you do not have one. I sat on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for over 3 hours one day...no one would answer. Finally after a week of trying to get in touch someone finally answered..this place is nothing but problems..I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go because this place is nothing but problems. These people at the front desk are not professional at all. Worst doctors offices ever.

No. We have a sliding fee scale based on income. If you qualify for 100%, it can reduce your office visit to about $26.
