I have NOT RECEIVED my mail on a regular basis since BEFORE the hurricane!!! I have NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL SINCE 10/6/21!!! Our carrier is a lazy incompetent woman!!!! No wonder the USPS is ALWAYS in TROUBLE! I have IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS that I am waiting on!!! Completely unacceptable!!!!! DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!

Yesterday we had a passport appointment, which we were a few minutes late for. We were greeted by Ms. Brittany Dukes who knew exactly who were were and told us not to sweat it. Only certain ones. We are partnered with them, so if it has 2 barcodes and says UPS and USPS we do.

My mailbox was falling off the post so I removed everything and am replacing the box. Can I pick up my mail up or will you keep trying until the box is back in place?
