Hours spent on hold trying to get an appointment. Terrible experience. Incredibly frustrating. I don’t have any criticism of the individual doctors, however gaining access to them is extremely inefficient with multiple hours spent on hold just to schedule a follow up appointment.

I want to recognize the scheduler, Keiro (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was extremely helpful in getting my boyfriend’s appointment scheduled. I called to schedule for him with another doctor, prior to speaking with Keiro, and I was told my boyfriend needed a referral. Keiro told me the information I needed to get him scheduled with a surgeon. Once I obtained the information, scheduling an appointment was beyond smooth. Keiro is a fantastic scheduler. I’ve been a patient of the Neuromedical center for over 5 years. Customer service like Keiro’s is what gets me to refer new patients to the practice. Great job Keiro!

I have been a patient at the NeuroMedical Center for a while now. Since moving away, I chose to continue driving in four hours for my pain management doctor appointments. I check in online, and it saves time, but I don't believe they really look at that. The nurse came in and asked me some of the same questions when she talked to me ahead of the doctor. After she walked out, I heard her talking about me and our conversation and how I didn't answer a few questions the way she wanted me to. I was too wishy washy, so to speak. I didn't appreciate hearing her talk about me. Then, the doctor came in. I told him how I was feeling. I don't believe he really understood or seemed to care about what I was saying. So, I truly felt this appointment was a waste. I don't have time for this.

Jennifer, we are not in network with Healthy Blue Medicaid. This is only for outpatient in office visits and diagnostics. This does not apply to ER or hospital care. We cover all patients regardless of their particular insurance network in the hospital setting.
