I was visiting from out of town with my mother and great-aunt and we decided to eat lunch here. First impression was that it was very dark inside. My great-aunt who is in her 80’s asked the waitress what buffalo chicken was, and the waitress laughed and said “well it’s buffalo chicken…” She was so rude! I chimed in and explained it for my great-aunt because I could tell she felt humiliated. The waitress said she didn’t know how to describe it. My 80-something great-aunt was laughed at and it rubbed us all the wrong way. My mom asked if she could have a half portion of chips and fries so that she could try both, and the waitress told her a flat out no. The waitress was the only waitress working, which I know is not easy, but she could have at least tried to be friendly. I had the Pony Shoe to eat and it wasn’t great. The fries were generic frozen fries you buy at the store and the cheese sauce was generic-tasting too. The burger inside tasted decent. The restaurant also doesn’t take cards unless you spend $20 which was inconvenient. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Went here for lunch. Just want to say the food was great, the portions were great, and the price was great. I got the black and Bleu burger and loved it.

We were out of towners who ate here before checking out the Lincoln Museum. Food was great! Portions are HUGE - so be aware! I had a burger, my husband the schnitzel. We could have easily just split one meal! Waitress/manager was great with customer service, handled a drink error well and in our favor. Would highly recommend this establishment and would eat here again without hesitation!!
