Hate my glasses! The Dr switched the plate so fast, I saw stars. He didn't like to much that I said that. I still use drugstore glasses for reading. Gonna go to a real eye Dr...get what you pay for. I have 2 pair of usmess glasses.

i went in for an exam about a month ago. they do not tell you that everything is virtual until you get there. I did the exam. I could barely hear what the doctor was saying on the screen. I was told to do the exam with my glasses on. a few weeks later I got a call only one pair of my glasses was in. I picked those up. I have been wearing them since. I have bad headaches and I can see better with my older glasses than the ones. i still have not gotten my second pair of glasses and its been about a month. I'm now going to have to pay for a new exam at a different place. i will not be returning to Americas best. The customer service is lacking. They are very rude when you call or go in. i already switched my husband and two daughters to a new eye doctor that is in person due to this. one entire year later and i still have not gotten the second pair of glasses that i paid for.
