Don't do the virtual doc option! If their system goes down, they might cancel your appointment an hour before you're scheduled for an exam. No apologies, no explanations, no trying their best to honor the appointment you'd made--just a quick call saying, "We need to reschedule your exam." Unprofessional and disorganized. I'm taking my business elsewhere as I should've from the start, and I highly recommend you do the same.

I wish i could give zero stars. I went into order new glasses and spent over $500 and they forgot to order the frames with lenses and gave me the ones off the shelf that every single person has tried on. Disgusting. You spend that much and can’t even get new glasses? They also snapped my glasses in half and had to order new ones so i had to wait even longer. Staff was talking about customers that were calling with concerns. Customer support is no better. Horrible on both ends. I wouldn’t send my dog to americas best. Pitiful establishment.
