Going to be my second surgery there ! The whole staff is so amazing ! Going in tomorrow @ 12 PM for a knee replacement, three years ago I had a partial shoulder replacement.Service is better than a 5 star Hotel!

This has to be the best experience I have had at a hospital so far. The inside is beautiful, doesn't have that dreary hospital feel or bad smell. It was incredibly smooth. Updates sent to my phone. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. Wish I could have my surgery here

From our first steps into Park Place until we walked out the doors, we were treated like family. My husband has total shoulder replacement on 7/27/2022. Dr. Williams was his surgeon. This Dr.is awesome. So nice, so understanding, so patient. Never in a hurry, and makes sure you understand. I just can’t say enough about everyone we encountered while at Park Place. So nice, so friendly. From the nurses in the pre-surgery area, to Dr, Ackels the anesthesiologist (one of the nicest men we have ever met), they were all so pleasant and helpful. As for the staff on the first floor that takes care of overnight patients, well I don’t think there are enough words for this group of nurses. So kind, so warm, always sure that you are comfortable and well taken care of. And I’m talking about everyone of them. Just the way they interacted with each other, you could tell that they love what they do. They treated us like family. I was truly at ease when we left Park Place knowing that he was in such good hands. I just can’t thank them enough for their kindness and taking such good care of him. Your staff is what the world needs more of. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
