The local staff and lineman are great. Fixed the mess up caused by the entergy customer service staff after speaking with the local crew. They were able to get the job done on the same day. Hats off to the local crew, limeman, and contractor who got me and my family taken care of.

This company is a logistics nightmare. They’ve been leading my family on and on and on about turning the power on. Delayed over a weekend and then again on monday. Hope they know being in a house without ac and no way to charge a phone is no joke.

Their website is always messing up and you can never reach them on the phone. All customer service sucks. It’s a hassle every time I try and pay my bill.
