I hesitated to give one star. I have been waiting for my package that I received from Corrections. I was told that items was missing in the package. Then told me to pick it up in Long Island. To date, I still have not received my package.

Been dealing with them for two years now. Happy to say I have no complaints so far. Packages are delivered on time and with care. Customer service is A1. They make sure I'm taken cared of if I have an issue.

Call 1-800-GO FEDEX for rates and transit times. As a side note, FedEx ground does not serve Hawaii. We usually forward Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska shipments to our Express division.
It depends. How many boxes? Is it packed and sealed? And most importantly, do you have a printed label with your account number?
