If you have other things to do afterward, make SURE you arrive 30 minutes to an hour early. I showed up 20 minutes early for a refresher and waited 45 minutes in line as they let all of the people waiting for the 5 hour BOP go first. Otherwise, they people are generally friendly if you are and the test are about as streamlined as they could be. I will revise and make this a glowing 5 star review if we can do simple refreshers and site orientations online!

Are you referring to the instructor lead BOP class? If so the building is open at 630 and class starts at 730 ( or close to that). Make sure you show up with enough time to check in, since you may have to take a picture and or update information.

Security passports (SP) are good for 7 years if you remain with the same company. If you switch companies, the SP is good for only 2 years. Cost to renew is currently $74.
