The reason I’m disputing the charged amount is because, I rented a Nissan Rouge through my insurance company on 9/19/2022. Upon leaving work on the same day my wife attempted to use the wipers and found out there were none on the vehicle and there was a SRS light was on. I returned the vehicle on the 9/20/2022. At that point I was given a Chevrolet Equinox as a replacement, when picking up the vehicle I was never explained there would be an additional charge that my insurance company would not be paying for. I left and returned the vehicle on 10/03/2022. When dropping the rental off I asked what the additional charges over the insurance were, I was told it was for the upgrade. I didn’t request an upgrade. At that point I was told I had to call Enterprise corporate to request a refund. I have called Enterprise customer Service on 10/06/2022 and 10/11/2022 with no return calls. As of 10/18/2022 did exactly as was stated by John , and still no call or email of any sort. Since my last up date I have received an e-mail stating The matter would be sent to the appropriate department and I would be contacted at that point. No surprise I have not been contacted, in any fashion as of 10/22/2022

Enterprise is our go to car rental business. Excellent, friendly service by Lashai. Our car was clean and provided quality transportation while our own vehicle was being serviced. Keep up the good work!!😁😁

Do not rent a car from Enterprise, especially not this location. This location does not have after-hours drop-off like any other rental place in existence. If I can drop off an ancient uHaul at a hardware store in the middle of nowhere, Enterprise should at least be able to educate their call center on how to find that policy information. Speaking of calls, don't bother calling this place. 45 minutes of calling/sitting on hold, and I eventually just go to the location. Surprise surprise, the phone is ringing and the manager is sitting around in the back playing with his personal phone while my call is still flashing on the phone sitting next to him. Want to try your luck at the airport location? Good luck! They're even worse about answering the phone. Now let's talk about cars: First car they tried to give me didn't have any tread on the front tires. In hurricane season. In Louisiana. The second car they gave me was also apparently never inspected as the tag lights were out. Want to know where I found out? On the way to work at 3am when I was pulled over and made to exit my vehicle by the police. Later that day, the same car started throwing engine codes with a flashing check engine light. The third car they gave me had large stains on the back seat that looked like either bodily fluids or a spilled protein shake, and the seatbelt warning lights would rarely turn off, even with all passengers buckled. When I asked them about the stain: "oh, we don't charge for stains inside the vehicle." My supervisor even tried calling Enterprise to get my lease extended and another driver added to the lease (something we do very regularly through Enterprise in our home state), and they even confirmed that the process was complete. After coming in to verify that that was the case, this location had zero indication that the lease was extended or modified at all. Good thing I verified instead of trusting Enterprise, because getting pulled over A SECOND TIME due to Enterprise's lack of communication on the lease could have landed me in jail for vehicular theft. You would be better off hitching a ride from Ed Kemper than renting a car from this location (or any Enterprise location in NOLA for that matter). I will say, though, the female staff member I spoke to in person was very nice. She won't stay that way for long if she's the only one running the entire operation, which is what it looked like she was doing.

I receive very poor service from enterprise. I paid my payments on time every week.I was overcharged one week when I brought it to the manager which is Jamel Faciane attention he said he would fix the error it took three weeks for him to refund some of my money. I've called Customer service several times without anyone ever returning my call And I was put on the do not rent to list for a mistake that was made at their local office. Customer service suck the rest of the staff was clueless and didn't offer help the new manager of the branch was useless
