They send the dogs out to Pet Heaven , was really good with me when I had to put my baby down, Pet Heaven came out immediately and picked her up, and didn't take long.I was actually across the lake staying at my daughters for a distraction, she was ready in 3 days, really made Christmas suck, but have my girl home now, still missing her...

You never know what kind of day someone is having, try smiling, a polite greeting helps, be apologetics. Everyone thinks they are intitled to the point of being rude. I have been going there for several years they don't know me by name but everyone I have ever encountered there has been nothing but nice to me and my pets. Always receive excellent care and very affordable pricing.
Yes they do. Dr is very nice and staff was great except for 1 woman she was very rough with my dog. I thought she could've been more gentle. But everything worked out.

I kno years ago, doctor Kevin agreeded to clip my rabbits nails. But he does not have experience with rabbits as an exotic vet would. He will tell u that himself. My family has been going to them for 20 years.
Also a cat's claws are it's main line of defense to protect themselves. They can lash out in defense or climb up fences and trees to escape from backyard dog situations.
