They told me they couldn't hook the computer up to the car because it didn't have a check engine light on which if you know anything about the computers mechanics use to see what's wrong, internally, with the vehicle, that's a lie to get out of an easy service to provide for the customer. The computer doesnt need anything except to be plugged up to a running vehicle to get results. Waste of time. Won't be going back. I thought the employees knew what they were doing.

Stood in line for a long time. Was about to walk out when a register opened finally. Told the guy I was about to walk out because of the long wait. He said go ahead. Guys name was William. Horrible representation of the company. Should be fired ASAP. Tried the corporate line and of course the customer complaint office is closed on the weekend when Saturday their busiest day. Total lack of concern for customers. .
